What is the FEELIT® Program?
The FEELIT® Program is an emotional literacy curriculum that supports children aged 3-13, helping them identify, understand, and express 100 feelings. It also provides them with coping strategies and restorative tools to help them learn to recover from difficult feelings and self-regulate, preparing them better for life.

How it works
Decide how to implement
Follow the curriculum approach and introduce 12 feelings per school year or do it at your own rhythm.
Choose the materials you want
Select videos, activities, worksheets and tools to support the needs of the class. Press and play, download and print, it’s up to you.

Create a safe space for feelings, learn together and from one another, and watch your school community thrive.
Involve parents and carers, build engagement
A family worksheet is supplied for each of the 100 feelings to send home, allowing pupils to share their learning and development, building a greater sense of community between home and school.

Parental engagement
Children need to feel safe at home as well as in school. Parents get access to the Happy Confident Club to ensure they get a better understanding of what their child is learning at school and to be able to use the same tools and resources at home to support their children.
Prevention meets intervention
Tools and strategies for self-regulation are embedded into the activities meaning children are equipped to self-regulate when needed.
Stronger sense of belonging and inclusion
By giving all children a voice and increasing children’s emotional safety, it helps all students open up and everyone feels more ‘normal’ and includes, increasing the sense of community and belonging.
