How it works

Find what you need

Choose what fits your family

Discover age-appropriate content you can watch solo to learn (e.g., how to support your child's anxiety), or do together as a family.

Learn and connect

Watch a short video or do an activity with your child. Use it as a chance to talk, listen, and understand what they need from you and how you can best support them.

Put it into practice

Real people, real results

“My little one is only 7, and I honestly can’t believe he’s getting this already. He loves hearing what the kids in the videos say about their feelings — especially the older ones. He actually said, ‘Oh Mummy, I think and feel like that!’ He’s so young, but really starting to understand how he feels.”

Our Founder's Story

The Happy Confident Company was born from a deeply personal experience with my middle daughter when she was eight years old. She had always been the most loving and positive child, but suddenly she became withdrawn, resistant, and unkind to her sisters—completely unlike herself. When I asked her school if they'd noticed any change, they said she was still "the most positive person in the class." But at home, something was clearly wrong.

As a parenting coach, watching my own child struggle was, I think, even more difficult. I'd already written several books on parenting, was touring schools and corporates and, as far as I was concerned, her mother and I were doing everything 'right'. I tried every technique I knew yet nothing worked.

It was when I turned from standalone, quick-win techniques to deeper coaching, that she eventually opened up and said the words that changed everything: "I hate myself." Words no parent wants to hear...
