Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The giveaway is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 and over. Employees of The Happy Confident Company and their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not eligible to participate.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter, participants must complete the form available on our social channels.
4. Opening date for entries is 1st August 2026 and closes on 31st August 2026 at 23:59 BST . Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 
5. The Happy Confident Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed.
6. The Happy Confident Company will not be held responsible for any technical issues, hardware failures, or software malfunctions that may prevent entry or result in lost entries.
7. One winner will be selected by a random computer draw on 1st September 2026. Each person will only have one entry.
8. The selected winner will be contacted by the official The Happy Confident Company email account. Please do not click on any unsolicited links that are not from the official The Happy Confident Company account.
9. The winner must provide a mainland UK postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to the message or provide an address within 7 days then the winner’s prize will be forfeited. The Happy Confident Company may select another winner in line with the process described above.
10. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta. Facebook is not responsible for any issues or claims relating to the prize draw.
11. In the event that the prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, The Happy Confident Company reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of the winner providing their postal address.
14. The decision of The Happy Confident Company regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The Happy Confident Company must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation The Happy Confident Company will send the surname of the winner and a copy of their winning entry to anyone who emails contact@happyconfident.com within one month after the closing date If you object to any or all of your surname and winning entry being published or made available, please contact The Happy Confident Company at contact@happyconfident.com In such circumstances, The Happy Confident Company must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Happy Confident Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise acted fraudulently.
17. The Happy Confident Company reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, The Happy Confident Company, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of The Happy Confident Company its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in The Happy Confident Company privacy policy. See also condition 10 of these terms and conditions with regard to the announcement of winners.
20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
